Design Outdoor Contractor Guarantee
If you use a contractor that we have referred (you must register-see store for details) and products from Design Outdoor and have a problem with the final product and:

You have tried to solve the problem with the contractor.
You have contacted Design Outdoor to help solve the problem.
The contractor's board is then contacted and rules that the work is substandard and has directed the contractor to fix the problem.
The contractor still fails to fix the problem.
Design Outdoor will have another contractor fix the work to the Contractor's board and ICPI standards.

This guarantee only applies to products supplied by Design Outdoor, Inc.

Please note: In the very unlikely event that a referred contractor does substandard work and fails to fix the work to the contractor's board and ICPI standards, homeowner may be asked to help Design Outdoor recover costs through the contractor's homeowner recovery fund.
